The Refurbishment Process
The alloys are removed from the vehicle and fully cleaned.

The tyres are deflated and set away from the rim.

Tyres are masked up along with the inner wheel, masking the inner wheel prevents over-spray sticking to the inner wheel, this over-spray is unsightly and makes it nearly impossible to clean the brake dust from your inner wheels at a later date.

The damaged areas are then repaired.

The repaired area is primed with an etching primer followed by further primer.

A colour matched base coat is applied.

The wheel is then covered with 2 coats of lacquer.

Your wheel is cured using infa red lamps.

wheels are inflated to the recommended pressure.

Tyres are dressed with a tyre dressing.

All wheels are then re-fitted to the vehicle.
